Hi!
No, there is nothing like the "randonnee" in Paris! We are just a
group of friend occasionally meeting for skating around the city
(sometimes on friday or saturday evening). The weather forecast for
this weekend doesn't look very nice. I can possibly give you a phone
number to call on Friday for the latest news.
During weekdays you will probably be able to meet many skaters in the
parks. We suggest the "Parco Nord Milano"
(http://www.parconord.milano.it/) where you will find nice and long
footpaths.
We might be renting a place to skate indoor, but we usually do it on
Saturdays (that would be too late for you, wouldn't it?)

Well.. I will visit Parco Nord and make a tour around Milano when
it stays dry... I also saw the site of the rollerpirates... that
they meet on wednesday and friday 21.30 at Piazza san Babila... do
you know more about this? or is this the same group.. ?
It is the same group. The meeting point is indeed Piazza San Babila,
but for this friday it all depends on the whether.
